After a comprehensive review of your site, we develop an interior-design concept that reflects your needs, your brand, your building and your budget. We have extensive experience working in modern and traditional styles, and consistently deliver innovative solutions that minimize architectural challenges and maximize resources. For BBA Financial Group, for instance, we developed a hip and modern loft office space complete with an espresso bar, custom tile work and spacious offices surrounding a waiting area outfitted with Le Corbusier leather couches. We have also designed award-winning interiors for condos, hotels, restaurants, bars and spas.


Concept Illustrations

Marker Renderings, 3D Computer Generated Drawings, 3D Study Models

At Igloo Design, we make our interior-style concepts crystal clear to clients, planners and contractors alike, using marker renderings, 3D computer-generated drawings and 3D study models. For a concept developed for Le quartier, a chic restaurant and nightclub in Montréal, for instance, our computer-generated drawings captured every detail of this 300 seat establishment, including bathrooms, bars and service areas.


Planning

Good design is simple, yet complicated. At Igloo Design, we break down the planning process, step by step. After listening to your needs, reviewing the site and surveying your existing assets, we develop a conceptual interior-design solution. We then prepare detailed plans, drawings, flow charts, budget estimates and sample boards complete with materials, paint colours and finishes. Igloo Design’s custom fixtures and millwork allow us to make every space we work on one of a kind. Whether you need display units for kiosks, tradeshows or a retail store or simply need a bespoke solution for your home interior, we have the experience and style insights to help. At Blume, a hip floral shop recently featured as a set for Salut, Bonjour!, for example, we commissioned a stunning, 200 square foot refrigerated greenhouse, and a reception desk detailed in cremo marphil limestone custom counter tops, complete with solid teak edges.
