That's why we covered the exposed drywall and concrete floors in this Nun's Island condo with wood flooring, paint and even - yes! - wallcoverings! Luxe materials, graphic art and iconic modern touches such as a Mies Van der Rohe's Barcelona chair, Eileen Gray's adjustable table, Eva Solo house ware, Rosenthal & Alessi dinnerware and Artemide lighting, combine to create a sense of grace and sophistication. More importantly, our reconfiguration of the second bedroom into a dining area emphasized what this condo is all about: elegant living and entertaining.
