While adept at contemporary, modern interiors, Igloo Design also believes in the luxe beauty of traditional décor when done with taste and an eye for scale, proportion and pattern. That's why we responded enthusiastically when the owners of this residence called on us to create an opulent, one-of-a-kind home. Magnificent fabrics, hand-painted wall coverings, a gold-dipped chandelier and a fireplace fitted with custom-designed tiles handmade all contribute to the glamorous-yet-warm aesthetic. Igloo Design's extensive sample room and connections with leading craftsman and suppliers really helped with this project. After designing an al fresco kitchen outside, we also worked with landscapers and experts to create a stunning outdoor space complete with a pool and a cascading Jacuzzi.
