“Minimalist/maximalist” is how Igloo Design’s principal designers Anna Abbruzzo and Alain Courchese refer to the look of this private residence in Laval. They combined clean lines and carefully edited pieces with rich, luxurious colour, textures and materials that reflect the owners’ tastes and love of travel. Hired by the clients at the very beginning of the project, they were able to give feedback on the building plan, structural changes and top-to-bottom décor for the 2000-square-foot home—all part of their thorough design process.
